This is the final day of the Coloring and Craft Blog Countdown to the Olympics. Perhaps you can gather you crafts and coloring together and have a fun Olympic themed party as you watch the Opening Ceremonies for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008.

Beijing Olympic Recipe Ideas - This site includes some Chinese recipes included fortune cookies, which are actually Chinese American, but fun nonetheless.

Historic Greek Foods - Here are some Historic Greek foods in honor of the setting of the Ancient Olympic games.

Past Olympic Village Recipes - This site has some interesting recipes that were served to the athletes at the Olympic Village at past Olympic games.

Today's Olympic coloring/craft countdown page is Awesome Clipart for Educator's Olympic Coloring Pages. These can be used as clip art, but are also usable as coloring pages. They are a little annoying because depending on your browser you will have to download them as PDFs before opening them. Also, the title is not exactly descriptive with them being the different event symbols and just being labeled as Summer Olympics 1 through 30.

This site has several coloring pages of the Beijing 2008 Olympic mascots, which are cute kiddish looking characters in the colors of the Olympic rings. It also has a coloring page of the Olympic rings and a few of the summer Olympic sports.

Countdown to Olympic Games with Olympic Coloring Pages

18 more days until the beginning of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. As a way of counting down I am going to post at least one website with some Olympic or summer sports related coloring and/or craft pages.

Today's page is DLTK's Olympic Themed Coloring Pages. This site has several different coloring pages including ones of the 2000 Sydney and 2004 Athens mascots. The general Olympic ones includes Olympic medal, rings, and torch coloring pages.
